• Work with various stakeholders to capture and realize the value outlined in business cases
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategy
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading change management plans and interventions
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation at scale
• Master’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field
• Certified change management practitioner
