Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to the HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence
  • Perform analysis of information and develop recommendations for enterprise program maintenance
  • Generate and deliver reports for operational and performance metrics
  • Participate in testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
  • Assist with employee data auditing and compliance reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing HR activities
  • Exceptional analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
