Join Pro Care Therapy Services, where compassionate care meets flexibility! We’re seeking a Rhode Island Licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain strength and independence while enjoying a supportive, collaborative environment — we’d love to meet you!

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality care and patient education in the homecare setting.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the rehab team to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in case conferences, admissions, and discharge planning.
• Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with agency standards.
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipment as needed.
• Supervise and instruct health team personnel as appropriate.

• Rhode Island Licensed Physical Therapist (required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care
