• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct‑service staff.
• Coordinate and document all related treatment services and program requirements.
• Support staff in case management fundamentals and service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
• Experience with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals preferred.
