Summer 2026 International Tax Technology & Transformation Intern

This internship will support the International Tax team in advancing process optimization, transformation initiatives, and technology enablement across global tax planning, reporting and operations. While aligned to the Tax organization, this role is less focused on traditional tax work and more centered on process mapping, transformation, automation, and project coordination across global tax operations. It’s a great learning and development opportunity to bridge tax, finance, technology, and operations.

What

You Will Do as an International Tax Technology & Transformation Intern
  • Assist in mapping and documenting current‑state international tax processes, reporting and operations
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, streamline, and automate workflows
  • Support evaluation of technology and automation tools and AI‑enabled solutions
  • Develop standardized documentation, reconciliation, flowcharts, and tracking dashboards within international tax processes
  • Help coordinate project milestones, follow‑ups, and stakeholder alignment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within global tax operations aligned with broader finance modernization efforts
What You Will Bring (Required qualifications/skills/competencies)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field
  • Exposure to accounting or finance coursework preferred
  • Strong Excel proficiency required, Visio and Power BI preferred
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, finance technology, and project management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
  • Curious, analytical, and detail‑oriented
Program Details
  • Interview Timeline:
    February – April
  • Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co‑op):
    • Start:
      Early June (target June
      8)
    • End:
      Late August (target August 21)
  • Commitment:
    Full‑time (40 hours/week)
  • Compensation:
    • Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
    • Final rates communicated during offer process

    This internship will take place in our Pawtucket, RI office, with the expectation that you’ll be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hybrid/Remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays
