Collette is seeking a Traveler Relations Intern
. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32-40 hours per week.

Job Summary:
The Traveler Relations Intern will assist our team in managing on‑tour and post‑tour issues and questions from our travelers. This internship will offer a great opportunity to gain experience on the customer service side of the travel industry.
Primary Functions:
- Process and distribute complimentary and compliant post tour letters from guests who have traveled with Collette. Acknowledge letters received by calling guest to advise we have received their letter. Assist guest relations team with research associated with guest’s complaints.
- Run tour surveys,compile and report on guest’s results.
- Provide necessary information to Trip Mate insurance toassistguests in processing insurance claims.
- Document the Neo reservation and operations system with all information and communication internally and with clients.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or directed such as filing and assisting members of the team with their tasks and projects.
Knowledge and
Skills:
- Customer Service experience is highly recommended
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and effectively organize,prioritize and schedule work assignments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
