Collette is seeking a Photo Specialist Intern. This is a hybrid role based at our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI for 32 hours per week.

Job Summary:

Work with Visual Content Strategist to determine visual needs for new and existing tours. Source new assets to support regional and tour specific content. Process incoming content, properly categorizing and making files available to users. Communicate with tour vendors to obtain unique content as needed. Process internal and external content requests.

Primary Functions:
  • Assisting with photo research supporting campaigns, B2B requests, and uploading new content to the DAM
  • Manage incoming assets; review quality, rename, add metadata, and archive to DAM.
  • Work with Photo teams to help determine specific content needs across tours.
Knowledge and

Skills:
  • Photography, Library Science or related field
  • Familiar with creative asset workflows and Digital Asset Management systems
  • Familiar with IPTC metadata fields, and experience auditing and modifying data within
  • Familiar with photography knowledge and processing skills
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task several priorities/projects while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work autonomously with proficient time management skills
  • Passion for travel as a product, specifically group travel
  • Not afraid to ask questions to understand processes and provide solutions to streamline them
