Feast & Fettle is looking for a Social & Content Marketing Associate to join our fantastic team in Rhode Island. We’re looking for someone to support our social media efforts and elevate our presence across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, & You Tube.

You will join our collaborative seven-person Marketing team and work closely with the social team to conceptualize, produce, film, edit, and optimize high-impact content that captivates audiences, drives engagement, and enhances organic reach.

We’re looking for someone who wants to dive right in, come up with ideas, and quickly make them a reality. As a nimble and growing company, there’s plenty of white space to play in - so this is a huge opportunity for a content-obsessed, social savvy creator who wants to be part of a dynamic team and grow their career.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in the greater Providence area.

What does a Social & Content Marketing Associate at F&F do? Create, Execute & Elevate Content
  • Shoot, edit, and produce engaging content for organic social
  • Capture high quality video across key areas including our food, people, community moments, etc.
  • Edit and refine content using tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Cap Cut to ensure every post is polished and impactful.
  • Pitch new ideas, content concepts and formats inspired by what’s trending, engaging, and performing across the industry.
  • Travel to our various markets across the Northeast & DC area to capture content, as needed
Manage Social Media & Content Distribution
  • Schedule and post across all organic social channels, write copy, and ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Keep content calendars and asset libraries up to date in order to leverage across channels
User Engagement & Performance Monitoring
  • Own responding to users on social and flagging opportunities to surprise & delight our members
  • Monitor and track organic social performance, bringing back insights to refine content ideas and strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing and culinary teams to ensure content aligns with brand storytelling and business priorities.
  • Approach every project with a “how can we make this better?” mindset to continue to enhance content quality and social performance
What we’re looking for:

We need someone who works well on a team and has creative vision and technical skills to help us bring our social presence to the next level, meaning:

  • Live and breathe social media
    . You instinctively know what works across social platforms. You spot trends before they explode and understand how to craft content that stops the scroll.
  • A master of digital storytelling
    . You don’t just post; you create compelling narratives through photo, video, and copy that build brand love and engagement. You value data back‑d­e‑nd decision‑making paired with creative intuition, not just jumping on trends, but shaping a distinct brand voice and finding the right places for the brand to play.
  • Have strong video skills
    . You know your way around a camera and can shoot, edit, and deliver polished content whether it’s behind the scenes in the kitchen or a higher‑production shoot. Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Lightroom, Canva, or similar programs is a must.
  • Have a sharp eye for aesthetics
