Associate Brand Manager

A leading toy and entertainment company is hiring an Associate Brand Manager to support their global product and brand initiatives. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic environment. The position is based at their office located at 1027 Newport Ave, with a flexible 27 to 52-week temporary engagement.

• Assist in developing and executing global product strategies from conception to launch.
• Use consumer and market insights to inform product innovation and category expansion.
• Analyze industry and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve issues.
• Support regional teams with forecasting, planning, and product performance tracking.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand, product, or consumer goods fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related area; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with product development, line planning, and forecasting processes.
• Skilled in interpreting data and insights for strategic recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work with ambiguity.
