• Lead and manage end‑to‑end strategic projects focused on program optimization across various clinical areas
• Design and execute comprehensive, data‑driven strategic analyses to enhance efficiency and quality of care
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior management
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross‑functional stakeholders, identifying strategic needs and proposing solutions
• Develop impact models for proposed strategies and monitor effectiveness against defined objectives

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into business strategies
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Public Health
• Experience guiding and developing analytical talent
• Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to identify strategic opportunities independently
