Responsibilities:

Payment Management:
Complete corporate payments, review for compliance with policies and regulations, and ensure timely processing.

Contract Reviewing:
Conduct thorough financial reviews of contracts involving cash flows.

Financial Reporting:
Perform monthly accounting postings and provide reports as required.

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis:
Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and analyze variances.

Financial Document Management:
Maintain financial records according to local tax laws and company policies.

Tax Compliance:
Coordinate with tax advisors, review tax returns, and support audits.

Audit and Internal Controls:
Assist with audits, ensuring documentation and compliance.

Other financial tasks:
Support senior management with updates, coordinate with banks and departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field.

Familiarity with local accounting standards, proficiency in Excel; SAP experience preferred; ACCA or CPA certification preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and a commitment to learning.

Fluent in English (mandatory);
Chinese language skills are a plus but not required.
