Full‑time

Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

>, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.
• Train, supervise, and provide guidance to Behavior Interventionists.
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, Vineland‑III) and establish treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans supporting adaptive skills and functional communication.
• Model and teach intervention strategies to parents, caregivers, and staff for daily routine integration.
• Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports to ensure strategies remain evidence‑based.
• Maintain supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Manage ABA session schedules, adjusting or cancelling as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Meet regularly with families and caregivers in‑home to review progress and refine intervention strategies.

• + 2 years of professional experience in behavior modification services.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Availability for a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability).
• Criminal background check required.
• Physical exam and TB test required.
• CPR & First Aid Certification required.
• Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. required.
• Travel within county required.

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT).
• Spanish‑speaking.
