I’m pleased to be partnering with a long-established, privately owned veterinary group operating two companion-animal hospitals in California’s Central Valley. This is a genuinely exciting moment to join them: one of their clinics, located in Patterson, is about to open a brand-new, purpose‑built 4,000 sq. ft facility with five exam rooms and upgraded diagnostics, while their second hospital in Newman is preparing for a full rebuild in the near future.
Both hospitals run as true community practices with an independent culture. The ownership team—three veterinarians who have worked together for 22 years—has fostered an environment where doctors have clinical autonomy, strong collaboration, and the freedom to help shape the future direction of the group as they grow. You’ll be walking into a position with significant demand, ample caseload, and immediate impact to be had!
Enjoy a 4‑day working week with limited weekends (open to negotiation on this).
Facilities include dental X-ray, digital X-ray, ultrasound, fully updated anesthesia monitoring, and plans to add endoscopy. Both clinics have modern, well‑maintained equipment, and the Patterson site is their flagship clinic!
Whether you are an experienced doctor seeking autonomy or a newer graduate who would benefit from hands‑on support from seasoned practitioners, this is an opportunity to step into a growing, community‑centered group that is expanding both its footprint and its services.
