Job Description:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff for our company, Bluespirit, located in Patna, Bihar, India. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
Handle ticketing, baggage check-in, and other administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive airport experience for all passengers
Monitor flight schedules and assist with any changes or delays
Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure timely and safe departures and arrivals
Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all airport safety and security procedures
Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities or special needs
Other duties as assigned by airport management Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
