Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor, based in Patna The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise and private sessions, delivering high-quality Pilates instruction to clients of varying skill levels. Day-to-day tasks include designing personalized exercise plans, ensuring safe and effective physical techniques, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. The role also involves collaborating with fellow team members, engaging clients, and maintaining an inspiring, professional fitness environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise strategies
Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and practices
Strong teaching skills and the ability to create engaging workout sessions
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build rapport and enhance client satisfaction
Certification in Pilates instruction or a related field
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
Prior experience in a fitness, wellness, or health-related environment is a plus
Ability to collaborate as part of a team and contribute to a positive community space
