The FFS Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Form Fill Seal (FFS) machines in a fast-paced environment. This position requires expertise in machine operation to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description s:
Operate and monitor FFS machines to ensure optimal performance.
Set up machines as per production schedules and specifications.
Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any deviations.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations within the workplace.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Train new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.
