Dryer Operations
Operate rotary, flash, or fluidized bed dryers as per SOPs
Control temperature, airflow, feed rate, and moisture parameters
Monitor burner, blower, cyclone, bag filter, and conveyor systems
Quality & Monitoring
Maintain required moisture content of DDGS as per quality norms
Record operating parameters and maintain shift logs
Identify abnormalities such as overheating, choking, vibration, or leakages
Coordination & Safety
Coordinate with boiler, utilities, and production teams
Follow safety, fire prevention, and housekeeping standards
Assist in start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance activities
Job Purpose – Dryer Incharge
Lead and supervise dryer operations for optimum production, quality, and cost efficiency
Ensure safe plant operation and compliance with statutory norms
