Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare Project Management Plans and detailed Project Plans
Perform effort estimation and finalize project budgets
Review projects at every stage of the project life cycle to ensure adherence to plans
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to motivate team members and support career development
Prepare and manage project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements
Identify, negotiate, and manage project resource requirements within assigned projects
Define and implement project Quality Plans and Risk Management Plans in collaboration with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
Manage projects to ensure contractual obligations, key deliverables, and outcomes are met
Coordinate with Senior Managers to ensure work is assigned, tracked, and completed on time and within budget
Plan and manage projects in alignment with defined project management methodologies and contract terms
Ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
Travel to domestic and international locations as per project requirements
