Role Overview
As a Special Educator – Preschool, you will work closely with children who require additional developmental, behavioral, or learning support. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and school leadership to ensure an inclusive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experience for every child.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and support children with  special educational needs  through observation and assessment
Design and implement  individualized learning plans (IEPs)  suited to preschool-aged children
Work collaboratively with preschool educators to  adapt classroom activities  for inclusivity
Provide  early intervention support  for speech, behavior, sensory, emotional, or developmental challenges
Maintain detailed  documentation, progress reports, and records
Conduct regular  parent interactions and guidance sessions
Support classroom educators with strategies for  inclusive classroom management
Ensure a  safe, respectful, and encouraging environment  for all children
Uphold Dibber's values, policies, and child protection guidelines
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a compassionate professional who believes in early intervention, inclusion, and child-led growth.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in  Special Education / Psychology / Child Development / Related Field
Certification or training in  Special Education  preferred
0–2 years of experience  working with young children (freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome)
Essential Skills
Strong  understanding of child development and inclusive practices
Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence
Ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents
Good  documentation and reporting skills
Basic proficiency in  MS Office / digital documentation
