We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Operations Executive to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Support HR and accounts team with basic documentation
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination
Ensure smooth communication within departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Location Requirement
