Acmoria by Acme Industries  is a premium modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing brand based in Punjab, with an integrated factory setup in Patiala. We specialize in design-led, precision-manufactured modular furniture, serving residential clients as well as architects and interior designers.
We are in the process of launching one of India's largest HEX Experience Centres at our factory premises in Patiala - an immersive space showcasing design, materials, technology, and manufacturing excellence under one roof. Our work culture combines strong design sensibility with hands-on factory execution, offering meaningful exposure to production systems and CNC-based workflows.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Technical Designer -   Luxury modular manufacturing to join our manufacturing facility in Patiala. The role involves preparing accurate technical drawings, high-quality 3D visuals, and (where applicable) CNC-ready production files, while coordinating closely with clients, architects, and the internal production team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed modular kitchen and wardrobe drawings including plans, elevations, sections, working details, and production-oriented drawings aligned with manufacturing and installation requirements.
Create high-quality 3D renders for client presentations and develop accurate, feasible designs compliant with modular standards.
Work on AutoCAD, 3

Ds Max and/or Sketch Up, with working knowledge or exposure to IMOS, Infurnia, Cabinet Vision, and CNC file programming for modular cabinet manufacturing.
Coordinate closely with the factory production team to ensure smooth translation of designs into manufactured products, including preparation or review of CNC-compatible production files where applicable.
Support material specifications, hardware detailing, finish finalization, and ensure alignment with production capabilities.
Attend meetings with clients, architects, and interior designers to present design concepts, layouts, material options, mood boards, and assist in finish and colour selection.
Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining technical accuracy and execution timelines.

Requirements
Educational background in:
Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering
(with relevant experience)
5–10 years of professional experience.
Prior experience with:
Modular kitchen or wardrobe manufacturing companies,  or
Interior design firms handling modular furniture projects
Strong understanding of home interior planning and modular furniture systems.

Additional Skills (Bonus)
Experience in generating CNC production programmes.
Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with hardware systems, fittings, and modular construction methods.
Experience working in a factory-driven or production-oriented environment
