** About the role
** The CDL A Driver will operate yard jockey trucks to move trailers between two transfer stations located directly across the street from one another. This is a strictly on-site, home‑daily role with no over‑the‑road miles. Drivers handle trailer spotting, staging, loading support, and general yard flow coordination.## Responsibilities* ### Move trailers between two waste transfer stations using yard jockey trucks* ### Spot, stage, and position trailers to support site operations* ### Coordinate with equipment operators to ensure safe loading and unloading* ### Maintain safe operations while crossing the public road between facilities* ### Follow all DOT, company, and site safety protocols* ### Complete required inspections and report equipment issues* ### Support general yard flow and communicate clearly with the team### ## Qualifications* ### Valid CDL A* ### Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience* ### No endorsements required* ### Ability to safely operate yard spotter trucks* ### Strong communication skills;

bilingual is helpful but not required* ### Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime## Physical Demands* ### Ability to climb in and out of yard trucks* ### Ability to operate in an outdoor environment around heavy equipment* ### Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical activity throughout the shift## Shift Details* ### Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM* ### Saturday: 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM* ### Guaranteed 40 hours weekly

The hourly rate for this position is $31.40. For additional information, please refer to the Pay Transparency section below.
