In this role, you will work primarily on residential home repairs, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and solutions for their home improvement needs. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of home repair, including roofing, siding, windows, and door installations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Diagnose and repair issues related to roofing, siding, windows, and doors.

* Perform installations and maintenance work with high standards of quality and safety.

* Interact with customers to explain repair work, options available, and estimated timelines.

* Manage work orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

* Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition, reporting any issues promptly.

* Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.

* Collaborate with the Service Coordinator for job scheduling and updates.
