Field Sales Representative | Part-Time | $20-$30

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Field Sales Representative to support outreach and enrollment growth for NJOY SPORTS. This is a W-2 hourly part time employee role focused on visiting childcare centers, introducing our programs, and supporting demo scheduling and enrollments.

You will work closely with NJOY SPORTS leadership and follow defined outreach processes, schedules, and reporting guidelines.

• Visit assigned daycares, preschools, and schools during business hours
• Introduce NJOY SPORTS programs to Directors and Owners
• Explain program structure, benefits, and enrollment process
• Schedule and coordinate on-site demos with NJOY SPORTS leadership
• Support follow-up with centers to drive participant enrollments
• Maintain daily and weekly activity reporting
• Represent NJOY SPORTS professionally within the community

• REQUIRED:
  At least 2 years of sales experience
• Outgoing, professional, and confident communicator
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Organized and dependable with follow-through
• Ability to work independently while following structured guidance
• Must pass a background check (working around children)

• Hourly Rate: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: W-2 employee - Part-time - 20 hrs per week
