Plays a critical role in supporting distribution food service equipment sales efforts while managing the coordination and execution of commercial food service equipment projects. This position partners closely with sales representatives to qualify opportunities, validate project scope, complexity and ensure proposed solutions align with customer operations, site conditions, and budget expectations. The role combines sales support, technical expertise, and project management, serving as a subject-matter resource during the selling phase and project management and coordination through installation and close-out.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Partner with sales representatives to qualify opportunities during early project stages

Participate in customer meetings, site walk throughs, and discovery sessions. Assess customer needs by understanding menu, methods of preparation, volume, workflow, and operational goals.

Work closely with vendor reps and preferred brands to help maintain growth and work through challenges

Validate project feasibility and site conditions, align sub contracts as needed.

Assist in developing a proposals and project estimates

Manage equipment projects from award through close-out.

Manage and maintain pipeline of activity using company CRM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associates Degree in Business or 5+ years of equivalent work experience

Prefer relatable field or experience selling Food Service Equipment, design or project management role or related field

Must be able to show a high-level understanding of kitchen design, construction, installation and kitchen operations as it relates to all types of food service environment

Ability to create CAD and/or Revit drawings a plus

Problem solving and critical thinking

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, energetic, positive attitude

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive behavior

Ability to work independently, or with others in a team environment

Detail oriented, time and resource management skills, organizational and follow
-through skills

Computer and software proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, CRM)

Valid driver’s license. Auto Quotes, CAD, Revit

Ability to read and understand food service plans and construction drawings
