Lead Café Associate: Guest Experience & Team Trainer

The Lead Cafe Associate position at Cup of Joe’s is the first and last impression for our guests. The Lead cafe associate speaks with every guest on their way in and out of the café, directs traffic, makes sandwiches/salads/specialty coffee drinks and accepts payment for all purchases. The Lead Cafe Associate is also responsible for helping to keep the café stocked with all products, refilling, coffee, soups, grab & go.

They complete baking and utility tasks while working on a team. The Lead Cafe Associate Position will be responsible for the providing excellent customer service for our guests while ensuring a clean, fast and friendly café environment. The Lead Cafe Associate is responsible for training of new staff and they are responsible for the cafe in the absence of the supervisor.
