Part Time Psychiatric Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Performs psychiatric evaluations, comprehensive health assessments, medication monitoring, and psycho-education
• Work as part of the staff team in a short term crisis outpatient program
• Utilizes a wide range of treatment modalities with consumers
• Must be able to adhere to the program’s standards for maintaining accurate and up to date electronic charts
• Works collaboratively with psychiatrist according to joint service agreements.

• MSN from an accredited university approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing for APNs
• Registered Nurse (RN) and Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the State of New Jersey
• CDS in the State of New Jersey and valid Federal DEA certificate
• Completed highest level of practice in the area related to degree

  Location: Paterson, New Jersey

  Employment Type: Part-Time

  Pay: $90.00 per hour

  Shift: Friday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
