Base pay range: $77,000 – $97,000 per year
Compensation: $77,000–$85,000 with an LPN license / $85,000–$97,000 with an RN license

• Oversee a team of passionate professionals while ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Valid/Active RN/LPN license in the state of NJ.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Unit Manager in Long‑term Care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Point Click Care  proficiency.
• Computer savvy.

• Able to multitask.
