• Responsible for utilizing the Nursing Process in a collaborative manner to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with the nurse s scope of practice.
• Support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph s Healthcare System and on the assigned unit.

• Knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire.
• Effective January 2019, certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be granted through the American Heart Association.
