Manage the Production Planning

Release and follow-up production orders according to the analysis of the planning run, based on component delivery and manufacturing resources.

• Release and follow-up production orders according to the analysis of the planning run, based on component delivery and manufacturing resources.
• Calculate and provide lead times to customer service and sales support.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, quality and customer service for daily business.
• Review and adjust the safety stock levels on finished goods.
• Capacity Estimation for Production Floor: estimate workload for next 3 months on a weekly basis; adjust workload in Warren and Costa Rica, maximizing the capacity in both.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: proactively promote best practices for efficient material planning.
• All Other Relevant Responsibilities As Assigned.

• High school graduate, associate degree preferred.

• Minimum Of Three Years’ Experience In Material/production Planning.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in English - oral, reading and writing.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic Mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or SAP.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the pay range for this role in New Jersey is $71,574-$86,742. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
