Maintenance Supervisor

Base pay range: $35.00/hr – $50.00/hr

This role leads and coordinates maintenance activities for screw machinery, blade systems, and plant electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Supervise, train, and assign work to maintenance technicians and mechanics
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for screw machines, blade tooling, and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Oversee setup, adjustment, and maintenance of screw machinery and cutting blade systems
• Diagnose electrical issues including motors, drives, controls, sensors, and basic PLC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policies
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history
• Manage spare parts inventory and work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Support continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, and root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
