Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or 2 years previous experience in construction project management related roles. Previous experience in construction project management or related roles, preferably within an owner's organization. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), scheduling techniques, and budgeting principles. Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and manage time effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.
