We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end program delivery for large-scale insurance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in P&C Insurance domains (Policy, Billing, Claims), Guidewire implementations, data integrations, and enterprise application delivery. This is an onsite role based in Warren, NJ, supporting strategic business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance programs across Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing systems.
  • Manage large cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Data Engineers, and Integration teams.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum or SAFe-based delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance standards.
  • Oversee Guidewire (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center) implementation, configuration, integration, and upgrade projects.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define roadmap, scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage project financials, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate system integrations with third-party vendors, downstream systems, and regulatory reporting platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory standards and enterprise security policies.
  • Lead data migration, API integrations, cloud transformation (AWS/Azure), and digital modernization initiatives.
  • Provide executive-level reporting including KPIs, RAID logs, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Delivery/Program Management within P&C Insurance.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Commercial Auto, Personal Lines, Property, and Workers Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Guidewire implementation or enhancement programs.
  • Proven experience managing large onsite/offshore teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), API integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong risk management and budgeting experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, SAFe Agilist, or similar certifications.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, Data Warehousing, or Regulatory Reporting projects.
  • Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
