Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain standardized Stars and Risk Adjustment reporting using internal data sources and CMS files Lead code development and end-user dashboard creation to meet defined business needs Analyze data to identify trends and performance opportunities, and develop action plans to address gaps
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree in healthcare or related field, or actuarial certification preferred Minimum of two years of experience in Medicare Advantage Stars or Risk Adjustment analytics Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python; experience with large enterprise data warehouses Knowledge of CMS Risk Adjustment and Stars data sources Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
