Data Project Management

• Can communicate effectively and understand the work of Data Engineers, Architects, and BSAs.
• PM to work closely with the DaaS team and various source systems, so need to be hands-on and capable of grasping the complexity of different data sources, extracting key insights, and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential—they should be persuasive, proactive in bringing the right stakeholders together, able to ask the right questions, and drive progress.
