Formedics is seeking a highly strategic and technically proficient Director, AdTech & Revenue Ops to serve as the primary administrator and system owner for our core sales and operations technology stack, including Hub Spot (CRM) and Boostr (OMS).
This is a critical, high-impact leadership role responsible for the design, optimization, and seamless integration of these platforms, ensuring they drive efficiency, accurate reporting, high team adoption, and accelerated revenue growth across the organization. This role will partner closely with members of the Sales, Pre-Sales, Client Services, Ad Operations, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:System Ownership & Integration
- Serve as the primary technical owner and subject matter expert for Hub Spot (CRM) and Boostr (OMS).
- Own the end-to-end data flow and technical integration, including the migration to and subsequent management of a new Accounting System (GL).
- Ensure data synchronization across the entire revenue lifecycle, from lead inception in Hub Spot to billing/recognition in the GL.
- Manage associated vendor/partner relationships including SOWs, contracts, reviews, renewals.
- Partner with the SVP, Business Operations to define the overall Sales and Ad Technology roadmap and implementation strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Ops) to implement workflow improvements that support the business with a focus on data accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
- Manage all aspects of platform administration, including user management, security, role assignments, and access permissions for Hub Spot and Boostr.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies with a strong focus on deduplication and standardization of records.
- Design, build, and maintain internal workflows, process automations, and custom objects/properties to increase operational efficiency.
- Own the creation and maintenance of crucial reports and dashboards to provide speed of reporting and actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, inventory, and revenue.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs to drive high adoption rates and successful, compliant usage of both platforms.
- Act as a key technical partner and point of escalation for Sales, Client Services, and Ad Operations teams, translating business needs into platform requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or an equivalent technical/administrative role.
- Deep expertise as a dedicated Administrator for a major CRM platform (
Hub Spot experience strongly preferred
). - Proven hands‑on experience administering an Order Management System (OMS), with Boostr experience a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle system integrations
, including experience with or ownership of a migration to or integration with an Accounting System (GL). - Highly strategic and integrated mindset with a proven ability to prioritize, manage complex projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong preference for candidates holding relevant system certifications (e.g., Hub Spot Administrator, Sales Hub Implementation, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and training skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
