Human Resources Manager

To align LHDA strategic objectives to people priorities in the development, implementation, and administration of manpower planning, talent management and development, as well as retention policies and procedures appropriate to the LHDA needs.

Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology or equivalent with at least five (5) years practical experience in an HR generalist role and in formulating short and long term manpower and development plans.
