Job Description

Works directly with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and their families. The ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapist implements the behavior, treatment plans developed by the BCBA team. Builds a rapport with the learner and works with learner and family on goals outlined in his/her treatment, behavior plan. Keeps data on all learner and group sessions and track progress toward treatment goals.

Attends Binder Autism Center program events throughout the year, i.e. picnics, holiday parties, bowling, field trips, etc. Works evenings on a regular basis and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, behavior analysis or closely related field and a two to three years experience working with children diagnosed with Autism.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.” The salary range does not include incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
