Seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Aide to support student health and wellness across K–8 school settings. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, this role provides daily care to students, assists with minor medical needs, and helps maintain a safe, organized, and supportive school health environment.

• Assist students with basic health needs under RN supervision
• Record and monitor temperatures, pulse, and other vital signs as directed
• Support medication distribution and documentation per nurse instruction
• Provide care for minor injuries and illnesses following health protocols
• Maintain accurate health records and assist with communication to families and staff
• Keep the nurse’s office clean, organized, and compliant with health standards
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and school regulations

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, calm, and reliable when working with children and staff
