SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS, PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS –CFCS New Jersey Early Intervention Targeted Evaluation Team. CFCS is looking for Independent Contractors who have experience working with and evaluating young children w/developmental delays and disabilities. Work in Bergen and Passaic Counties conducting evaluations and assessments for children from birth to three years of age. Valid NJ Driver's License and current Clinical License required. Flexible hours and Competitive Reimbursement rates.
(Competitive Reimbursement up to $81 per hour) Computer experience and internet access required.

- Copy of professional liability insurance – this document must list the following (exact language required) as the certificate or memorandum holder

- Copies of NJEIS required trainings certificates:
Intro to NJEIS, Procedural Safeguards, and any other applicable NJEIS BDI trainings if you have them.
