Cyber Defense Validation Engineer

A company is looking for a Cyber Defense Validation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities Identify issues in customer security controls and formulate strategies for improvement Create tests to validate expected behaviors of network, endpoint, and cloud controls Provide validation testing expertise to assist in identifying and remediating security control gaps

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2 years of experience in an offensive or defensive security role with knowledge of Mitre ATT&CK and attacker tools 2 years of experience with security engineering and security protocols 2 years of coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages
