Pre-School Teacher (State-Mandated Pre-School) – Paterson, NJ

We are currently looking for Pre-School Teachers to join our team.

For over 75 years, Catholic Family and Community Services has provided at little or no cost a full spectrum of services to individuals who are oppressed, families who are in crisis and communities who are disenfranchised.

Plan, organize, and implement instructional studies in accordance with guidelines from Creative Curriculum’s The System. Properly document the social/emotional, physical, language/literacy, mathematic, and cognitive development of all students. Supervise and insure the safety and well-being of students at all times. Adhere to all licensing and school district requirements.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

• Teacher of Preschool through Grade 3 Standard Certificate, CE or CEAS
• Familiarity with ECERS, NAEYC, Creative Curriculum preferred
• Strong oral and written English language skills
• Bilingual (Spanish and/or Arabic) preferred
• An energetic and positive approach to the rapidly evolving changes and challenges of a complex work place
