Base pay range: $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss with recruiter.

Program hours are from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM daily.

• Implementation of after-school tutoring program aligned with academic priorities.
• Assist to monitor student engagement and academic progress through regular check‑ins and assessments.
• Assist with maintaining attendance records for students.
• Manage student groupings to ensure academic alignment and productive sessions.
• Address student behavior concerns and implement positive behavior interventions.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with safety protocols and school policies.

• NJDOE Teaching Certificate.
• Knowledge of best practices in teaching and a commitment to fostering positive outcomes for young people.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and academic data use.
• Must be in good standing (attendance and other job responsibilities) and available 3:00–5:00 PM daily.
