Do you enjoy working closely with customers while coordinating projects across multiple teams? Are you organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing orders in a fast-paced environment? 📦💊
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts and ensure the smooth coordination of orders within a healthcare and regulated packaging environment

The Role
- Manage customer orders and enter sales orders into internal systems
- Act as the key liaison between customers, sales, and production teams
- Coordinate order specifications, timelines, and delivery requirements
- Support pricing communication and customer updates
- Assist with resolving customer queries, complaints, and quality issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination
- Background in manufacturing, packaging, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with internal systems and coordinating multiple tasks
