We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in Parsippany, NJ. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys being a key operational support within a growing organization.

The right candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with employee-facing support.

• 5+ years of experience in HR, employee relations, or senior-level administrative support
• High School Diploma or GED required (degree preferred but not required)
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Comfortable working in a role that requires movement throughout the office and managing physical documentation

• Proactive and self-directed with a strong “can-do” attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Technically adaptable and comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented
• Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
