Location:
Pataskala, OH
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
- (2) 15 min paid breaks and (1) 30 min unpaid lunch
Starting up to $19.50/hr
Job Summary
Ideal candidate should have manufacturing experience with machine operation or maintenance experience. Candidate must be comfortable working in production as part of a team with specific production goals. Previous work experience in a fast paced industrial environment is required. The person selected will be working directly with other members of the production team, safety, quality and engineering.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following- Ability to learn and follow work instructions
- Perform and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards
- Meet / Exceed production standards
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Self-Motivated
- Follows Company safety and department policies and procedures
- Maintains neat and clean work environment following 5S methodology
- Makes recommendations to continually improve processes
- Performs other duties as assigned

- High School diploma / GED preferred
- Proven commitment to quality complaince and productivity
- Two months job related experience required, including machine operator / maintenance
- Ability to identify ultrasonic, thermal, electrical and pneumatic concerns
- Ability to follow work instructions from start up to shut down
- Knowledge of company safety, OSHA and department policies and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
- Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions including reading a tape measure
- Ability to be self-motivated
Experience:
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time
- Ability to use Power Tools safely
