$16 - $19 per hour, depending on experience.

Our offices are open Monday - Friday. This position will be scheduled about 30 hours a week. Hours will be Monday, Tues, Wed, and Thursday 2pm-7pm, off Friday and Saturday 8am-2pm.

As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, you effectively schedule service appointments for our chimney technicians. Every day, you ensure you work alongside our collaborative team to reach sales goals while answering phone calls from clients, contacting our field technicians, and making return calls when necessary. You effectively gather information, manage schedules, and process new and existing service requests. Your knowledge of the industry allows you to provide clear answers to any questions our customers may have.

With sales being a vital component of this role, your interactions with clients contribute heavily to our success. You get great satisfaction from providing excellent client support and enjoy helping the team achieve company goals and growth together!

• 2+ years of office experience

Must be able to pass a background check. We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
