Our training is designed to educate tomorrow’s leaders. We have compiled a four‑stage management training program:

• Stage 1: Training candidates in sales, marketing, promotions, market research and customer service, with cross‑training in public speaking, time management and budget management.
• Stage 2: Results focus on team building, small‑scale team management, sales management, small‑scale HR and administrative duties.
• Stage 3: Fine‑tuning period before Stage 4, mastering human resources, public relations, client management and sales processing.
• Stage 4: Managers run and direct an entire sales and marketing campaign on behalf of a client in the telecom, security, non‑profit or finance industry.

Our management training program offers an extensive 6 to 12 months of theoretical learning and hands‑on practice in the sales, marketing and promotions industry.
