• Manage profitability, cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff for operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges such as:

• Maryland: $53,000-$58,000
• New York: $55,000-$60,000
• NYC: $65,000-$70,000
