This Recreation Director opportunity is a FT opportunity for 1st Shift+ 1 Weekend/ Month!
What You Need to Succeed:- Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion.
- Credentials: ADC or CTRS certification A MUST!
- Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor.
- Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes.
- Create meaningful recreational programs.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ensure residents' rights & well-being.
- Hands‑on manager to both run programs and oversee the department.
